4 Class Series Yoga Workshop $75
WHEN : Thursdays in March - 3/6, 13, 20 & 27
TIME: 5:30- 6:30 PM
BRING: mat & water (optional yoga strap and blocks can also be helpful).
WHERE: In person at the Gus Canty Community Center in Falmouth.
790 Main Street, Falmouth, MA 02540 (across from Dairy Queen).
Room 1 (enter the main/front door and go up the stairs on your right).
- All levels will improve and benefit (even minor adjustments can make a big difference).
- Learn personalized variations to gain confidence and strength.
- Fine tune poses, technique, breath and form in a casual setting.
- Explore how the power of yoga can help YOU: balance, stress, breath, focus, anxiety, relaxation, flexibility & strength.
Feel free to ask questions while you learn and improve in a working, casual classroom setting.
Overcome challenges and find comfort in the knowledge of the practice.
The final 15 minutes of each class will end in a cumulative guided flow, integrating poses into a seamless, energizing sequence.
