- New customers will receive 2 FREE classes to start. Purchased passes can be for a single class, 4 or 8 (good for 30 days).
- Once you register for a class, you will receive an email with a Zoom link. Zoom links are available in your account as well.
- ALL class times are in (EST or EDT) Eastern Standard Time Zone.
- There is a 3 participant reservation minimum for classes to run. 24 hours before class start time. You can still reserve up until class start time if the class has not been cancelled.
- Please remember to cancel your reservations ASAP if you are not able to attend.
