Certified Personal Trainer Liz Saunders offers this 1 hour live streaming/interactive & energetic interval fitness class focusing on building muscle & core strength.
Low impact cardio/agility included.  Challenge yourself lifting heavier weights at a slower pace to focus on breath, form & range of motion.
Class ends with 15 minutes on the mat for abdominals, posterior chain work and stretching.

FOCUS IS ON STRENGTH INTERVALS AND WILL BE PACED ACCORDINGLY.
As always, you can modify as needed.  
All levels welcome!  

For EACH CLASS, you should have available:
  • Weights – various sizes are best since the routine & times of intervals change.
  • Lightweight sturdy chair for balance training and/or bench-style assisted exercises.
  • Mat or carpeted area for floor work (can be modified to chair if needed).
  • Mat/floor work will be done the last 15 minutes of class.
  • Wall area clear of obstacles (for wall sits, modified push-ups, etc.). 
  • Water & sweat towel!
  • EACH class consists of a different strength routine.
