 A 1 hour energetic workout designed by Miranda Jonte. 

balanced workout of strength (hand weights and/or bodyweight), cardio, floor/mat work & stretching.

Modifications and variations will be prompted - all levels welcome!


Who is Miranda?

Miranda Jonte is a Bay Area raised, longtime New Yorker, honorary Texan and a recent washashore to the Cape. She has taught aerobics for 25yrs, certifying with AFAA and AAA/I. Her classes have ranged from aquacise, step, HIIT, and stretch, to old school aerobics and fitness for seniors; working with seniors is her favorite genre. Miranda is an actor and playwright, and mom her two rescue pups, Red and Trudy. She teaches via Zoom in any and every location. She loves coffee, books, the paranormal, and all the animals everywhere.
