Description:
Certified Personal Trainer Liz Saunders offers this 55 minute interactive and lively interval fitness class focusing on cardiovascular health, balance, range of motion and agility.

This entire class consists of alternating 4 MINUTE CARDIO INTERVALS:
4 minutes holding 2 lb. weights with cardio (aerobic) moves
4 minutes of Tabata (20 seconds work/10 seconds rest)
PLEASE PACE YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY.
As always, you can modify as needed.  
All levels welcome!  

For EACH CLASS, you should have available:
  • 2 pound weights (to be held for 4 minute cardio intervals)
  • Water & sweat towel!
  • Lightweight sturdy chair for balance and chair assisted exercises.
  • Mat or carpeted area for floor work (can be modified to chair if needed)
  • Wall area clear of obstacles (for wall sits, modified push ups, etc.).
  • Weights – various sizes each class to be used for body weight exercises (lunges, squats, etc.).
  • EACH class consists of familiar moves in different sequences.
