What is "Commit & Do!" ?
It is not an exercise class.
Do you ever need a little push to help you commit to an activity or project?
Well, here it is...
A weekly 40 minute block of "work-time" and 5 minutes of ending "quiet" to wrap up/focus.
That's it. Pretty darn simple.
Please stay muted for the entirety.
3 bells start the session and 3 bells end it.
OPTIONAL: As accountability, (depending on how many people join), Liz may ask if you'd like to share what you worked on,
or OPTIONAL: you can write it in the CHAT.

- It can be something you just WANT to get done (organize/sort, food prep, exercise, clean, garden, etc.) but have a hard time committing to the action in a consistent manner.
- OR...
- It can be peaceful or meaningful for self-care (like meditating, stretching, journaling, drawing or reading).
- The session begins with 3 chimes of the singing bowl to start the session.
- There will be mediation music playing but you can turn your volume down or use your own music.
- The session winds down after 40 minutes with the music fading out, 5 minutes of silence and then 3 chimes of the singing bowl to end the session.
- What should you DO during the "5 minutes of silence"?
- You may just want to make it different from your "work-time"...or keep working until the end!
- Some suggestions: admire the work you just did! Or sit still, take deep breaths, look at your surroundings, anything really...
- You can have your camera on or off (if you feel like it may be distracting for others or uncomfortable for you).
- You can share what you accomplished at the end if you wish!
