Meet Victoria, a dynamic yoga instructor and empowerment coach with a rich history as an athlete, runner, and avid hiker. 
Throughout her journey, Victoria has experienced the highs of competition and the challenges of pushing her body to its limits. Yet, it was through yoga that she found a profound connection between mind, body, and breath—a connection that not only strengthened her physically but also helped her navigate through nerve pain and accumulated trauma.

Even in the face of a challenging brain disorder diagnosis and surgery, Victoria found strength and solace through her yoga practice. Through her own healing, Victoria developed a deep appreciation for the intricate mechanics of the brain and body, as well as the profound connection to movement and breath. Now, she brings this unique perspective to her students.
